[ ] Official organisation name confirmed
[ ] অফিসিয়াল প্রতিষ্ঠানের নাম নিশ্চিত
[ ] Website, office, or independently verifiable information checked
[ ] ওয়েবসাইট, অফিস বা স্বাধীনভাবে যাচাইযোগ্য তথ্য পরীক্ষা
[ ] Authorised contact identity confirmed
[ ] অনুমোদিত যোগাযোগের পরিচয় নিশ্চিত

2. WRITTEN OFFER / লিখিত অফার
[ ] Role, programme, package, or service is clearly written
[ ] পদ, প্রোগ্রাম, প্যাকেজ বা সেবা পরিষ্কারভাবে লেখা
[ ] Destination and responsible organisation match the discussion
[ ] গন্তব্য ও দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত প্রতিষ্ঠান আলোচনার সাথে মিলে
[ ] Responsibilities and limitations are understood
[ ] দায়িত্ব ও সীমাবদ্ধতা বোঝা হয়েছে

3. FEES AND PAYMENT / ফি ও পেমেন্ট
[ ] Itemised fee explanation received
[ ] আইটেমভিত্তিক ফি ব্যাখ্যা পাওয়া গেছে
[ ] Authorised payment channel confirmed
[ ] অনুমোদিত পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম নিশ্চিত
[ ] Receipt and transaction reference will be issued
[ ] রসিদ ও ট্রানজ্যাকশন রেফারেন্স দেওয়া হবে
[ ] Refund and cancellation terms read

4. DOCUMENTS / ডকুমেন্ট
[ ] Reason for each requested document understood
[ ] প্রতিটি চাওয়া ডকুমেন্টের কারণ বোঝা হয়েছে
[ ] Sensitive documents will use an appropriate channel

[ ] No unexplained urgent payment request
[ ] ব্যাখ্যাহীন জরুরি পেমেন্ট অনুরোধ নেই
[ ] No request for passwords, OTP, or banking access
[ ] পাসওয়ার্ড, OTP বা ব্যাংকিং অ্যাক্সেস চাওয়া হয়নি
